Video Log #1: Helen Fisher - "The brain in love"
Hello Everyone!
Welcome to our L/S blog for PMP!
In this class you will be completing 3 different video logs on various subjects. Altogether, these video responses and reflections are worth 30% of your final mark. Your first video log and reflection are based on Helen Fisher's lecture "The brain in love".
These are the steps to follow in order to complete this assignment:
1. Watch the following video on TED:
http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/en/helen_fisher_studies_the_brain_in_love.html
2. Next, record yourself with a webcam responding to the material in the video. Your video should be between 3-4 minutes long. Clearly summarize the lecturer's thesis; respond (share your opinion) to at least one of their points; and conclude the response. Make sure you use appropriate transitions (ie. first, second, third, in conclusion).
3. After you record yourself, listen to the recording and reflect on your response using the PMP Video Log Reflection handout.
4. Make sure that you post your video on this blog so that I can watch it.
This response is DUE: Thursday, MAY 31 by 4pm
Please email me if you have any questions! Nathan
