1. This person isn't referring to any notes, which is good, but perhaps notes could have helped steer his talk a little bit better, maybe he should practice more with them next time!
2. This person spends a little too much time summarizing. He could have been a bit more general in this section, perhaps. The problem is he doesn't have a lot of time left for his reflection, which is kind of complicated!
3. Perhaps the conclusion could be a bit less abrupt, but this may be partly an editing issue!
